Development

Centric AutoMotive develops a new, intelligent, modular, high performance inverter for electric drive systems. The inverter is designed to operate at a nominal input voltage of 650VDC  (up to 750VDC) and can control AC motors with a nominal power of 200kW and a maximum power of 250kW.


The modular design of the new inverter makes it possible to operate a range of different AC motors:

-asynchronous motors

-PM synchronous motors

-brushless DC motors


The next step will be a wide variation in the power range (50kW up to 400kW).
